    • Trained a PPO reinforcement learning agent on a custom Gymnasium simulation of WIP flow, operator fatigue and machine reliability.
    • Built an XGBoost breakdown model with hierarchical fault classifiers, served through FastAPI as a live risk-ranking and what-if service.
    • Calibrated the simulation with regression on real shift data and streamed a live WebSocket dashboard with bottleneck alerts.
